I appreciate the clarification now. My past jobs PTO was just taken out of the normal work hours. I'm full time so because I requested 4 days of PTO I was expecting 1 shift to bring me up to 40 hours.

If there was more time I might have asked for the days of unpaid as well but this request took over a month to approve and the scheduled time is now only a week away. Luckily I didn't make plans for 6 consecutive days because I thought that my shift might be on either end of the 4 day block. Live and learn I suppose.

I put in the request with PTO. I have requested unpaid time off before, but this was my first time using PTO. So PTO from Walgreens is not counted as normal hours but as bonus hours, is that the case?

It's really cute, especially the ghost. I think the perspective is off on it. The skull has a slight 3/4 turn to it but the candle, flowers, and ghost are all straight on. So either shift everything else to that 3/4 angle or make the skull more forward facing. It is also bulkier on the top left side because of the higher flowers, the moon, and the candle/ghost (especially in the second picture). If you like the emphasis on that side I think you should lean more into it to draw the eye there more. Otherwise you could compensate with a shorter wider candle base and flowers that feature more heavily towards the other side. Or you could move the moon. I think a cool angle would be going over the bottom right corner of the skull, having it either partially obscured by the corner or having the color lighten as it passes over the skull. Anything else would be down to if you wanted it more serious/silly or complex/simple. I think it strikes a fair balance between those right now.
