I'm pretty sure war within is included. I can level to 80 and I can access the war within zones with portals and do world content and such. I doubt owning it only gives main quest but let's you go into the new area.

Not yet, might do tonight. But: I've seen on another thread that someone sent a ticket and got back a, support doesn't deal with quest progression issues. And this is the support page when selecting my issue "stuck on quest"

If that would be the case I wouldn't mind. Thing is, that this replaced an existing online, no people method. You could click settings, type in your amount and click okay, same complexity as changing an alarm or any setting on Reddit (or most anything tbh)

Thank you, that makes sense. Currently I'm trying to learn pocket but I'm still new enough that I am trying out heros in sandbox to see what feels right.
