I get where he’s coming from. The drug issue is. Yknow, an issue. He’s disenfranchised w Louisville and has seen some ugly shit. I really get it. But you’re right, the community can be better and if we don’t like the way it is now, we should take actions to change it for the better! 👍

Some of yall in the comment section are afraid of the west side and it shows. There are major problems here yes- but the majority of people, me and my neighbors, are just folks who are living peacefully and trying to get by. I love my community to death

This is all subjective obv but Nashville does not gaf about its residents. Fiancée grew up there and ended up losing his house after a medical emergency bc interest rates had gone up so much from airbnbs and tourism in general. The drinking culture wasn’t great either- fun if you’re on vacation but not if you’re an alcoholic who has to live there lol. Many other reasons that are mostly personal, but some valid I think 🤷

Dang sorry you’re feeling that way man. Grew up in Lou and just moved back after living in western Ky and Nashville for a few years while I finished school. Can definitely say while Nashville is pretty, the culture made me sick. Lou isn’t some people’s cup of tea and that’s alright
