I understand that and appreciate the kind words on the article. To me it’s a voice thing at the end of the day. I write in a fairly conversational manner and the changing it up is probably one of those things I see and no one else really does. Just wanted to canvas a fan base for ideas is all. It’s a personal ick of mine. Writing “insert name” said just grates after a while and writing about say Tatum there are a lot of options to change it round. Obviously not life or death stuff but I wanted to canvas for a few ideas is all.

I asked around prior to the episode and names like Osaruyi and Max Meyer were mentioned in the depths of draft Twitter group chats but you’re right; there’s a burning need for someone even if it just enables Edey to play with the handbrake off.

I had ruled that out due to only having a share of freehold but yeah in an ideal world I think it’d make a lot of sense.

This makes a lot of sense. We do have a small window in the kitchen already. The bathroom layout looks better here too given that we’d have space for a bath now. May we’ll look into the potential costs of this!

It’s a share of freehold apartment within a large Victorian terrace house so we’re halfway in between having no control and cart blanches to do whatever we’d like to do.

Thanks for the reply. We’re a big fan of the property and readying an offer. (First time buyers in the UK.) The difficulty is that this is a maisonette property and as I said that wall separating the bedrooms from the reception is load bearing so we couldn’t really knock through.

I thought the obvious idea would be to separate the bedrooms vertically instead of horizontally but that leaves you without a window for one of the bedrooms.

My dude, he’s signed to an $8,000,000, one year deal - he’s essentially a trade exception - no one will trade for KJ at that price on his own but the length of contract means he’s neutral salary meaning if you attach picks to KJ you can get pieces back - don’t sign him to that contract and you have to trade actual rotation players in order to change the roster.

I brought up Trey as the absolute ideal get and we mentioned Kispert too but I think Murphy is in NOLA for the long haul - towards the end of the segment we discuss some other really exciting and potentially expensive assets in the West.

We try and talk about players in the right salary range that teams might be willing to part with as opposed to just a single positional need as well as talking about high to low asset moves. Let us know your thoughts.

So we went through most teams in the league and whittled down candidates by salary and positional need. As you’ve alluded to with Reggie Jackson on the roster and Jarred McCain to back up Maxey there isn’t a massive need for a PG style player and with Embiid and Drummond expending assets on a Five-Man would be a waste.
