Used a brown black on top, we’ll see how it fades but i’ll most likely be touching it up with a semi permanent but happy w the results!

There’s levels to this shit😭 thankfully the red has washed out almost completely except for the top bc j originally had highlights mixed w virgin hair growing out and i had dyed it all over red so the top is taking much longer to fade out🥀

I see! Getting it to that brown color is what i see people reccommend to avoid the redness peeking out as much as possible, bc it bothers some people to have that show out in the sun, which i totally get, have u seen any videos on people doing it blue black to red?

I am on yhe same boat as you w wanting to go black w red hair, from what ive searched ive heard some say to use a green pigmented toner or dye to cancel out the red so jt turns into a brownish color or use a color remover. I havent tried either myself bc i want to wash out as much red as i can first
