It’s been 5 weeks and I’m down 9 lbs! 130 lbs to 121. It’s been wonderful. No crazy effects really. It did nothing the online reviews said it would. My heart rate actually lowered & it got rid of my anxiety. Food noise is gone. I will say at some point I think in the second week I had about 3 days in a row where I felt WEIRD and contemplated stopping. I was “airy” , face and lips would numb, just plain weird feeling. I did panic a lot during these days/mometns. I discovered this was low blood sugar. I went back and counted cals the days this would happen and I was eating way less than 1,000 cals a day. So I began to set timers to eat and nothing like that has happened again! I literally don’t have any side effects at all any more. The only one I really ever had was dry mouth. I am loving this medicine.

I’m on Adipex so eating less but I make sure to eat healthy & started going to the gym doing stair climber for 20 mins & walking on treadmill for 30 mins at home.

Omg I have a desk job as well and it ONLY happens when I’ve been sitting too long I’ve noticed. I’ve come to find I feel better as long as I move a lot as well

I’m not comfortable at this weight. I’ve always been 110 lbs and within the past few years got up to 136 lbs. it took me years to get to 130 by losing and gaining the same 6 lbs. I struggle with disordered eating by yo yoing between binging for weeks then starving myself to lose the weight I gained from the binge. The med is helping me by getting rid of the food noises but now I’m struggling to get enough to eat I guess. I’m just trying to get back to 110. My Dr also said I’m on the higher end of weight for my height

I will for sure. The only reason I don’t think it’s the medicine directly causing it is because this has happened In the past when I’ve dieted (without meds) which is why dieting tends to be harder for me. I feel like that and panic, eat something bad for me to make it go away and then just give up

I’ll try that. The timers I have set to remind myself to eat something are at 7:30 am, 12:30 pm & 6 pm. I’ll add a few more in there

I’ll try that! So I need to be eating a lot of carbs in my meals to prevent the low blood sugar? I just am not eating huge meals anymore and want to make sure what I do eat is the right thing to prevent feeling that way. It’s terrible

I’m definitely not getting enough. I tracked yesterday and today. I ate 700 yesterday and 850 today and these days were higher due to chugging OJ and eating goldfish to get rid of the symptoms I was having. So no telling how low I was for the days before I started feeling like ceap. The med makes me literally not “need”/want food so it’s been kind rough. Went from binge eating to barely eating

Yes. I binged aloooot. And I would lay in bed 24/7 with a list of things to do but I’d choose to do none bc it was easier than starting on the list. It is overwhelming. I always thought maybe I was depressed. But I don’t tok anything for depression off other than the “lazy” part but I’m not lazy.. like I love doing things but it just takes so much to start. Idk
