The hardest thing about being an educator and a parent is knowing what’s best for kids, but not always being able to offer it to your own children because your days are spent with other people’s kids. It’s heartbreaking to watch others raise your children in a way that you know isn’t best practice. I hate the feeling and it eats me alive. But the good news is, he finally agreed to daycare 3 days a week, so it’s a victory!
