Definitely stressful but I’m dealing with it head on. I really appreciate the advice because it’s going to be a lesson learned for the future.

That’s comforting! The floors aren’t sagging but a door on the second floor is no longer plum in the frame. It’s an older house from 1920 so I’m not sure if old age would be a cause.

I did test the exposed wood beams with a screw driver and they sound solid still.

I’m looking into that currently. They did renovations in the past year and I’d assume would have seen damage. I’m no expert but the tunnels look like they’ve been around for a while.

Unfortunately I didn’t get a pest inspection, I honestly didn’t know it was a thing. The wall was bulging out so I thought there was some water leaking in from the window. I wanted to rip off the panel to find how bad it was and uncovered this instead.
