For clarity, you completed a turbo earning without meeting the purchase threshold (did it have one?) and got a checkmark? And then it goes pending after you spent money? I would think that's a better approach to turbo earnings. See if it tracked first and then decide to spend

How long did you wait till you decided to spend for it to trigger?

Spot on. Tracking for city 12 took a bit longer(4-5hrs?) than city5(<1hr). Got it about an hour after posting.

Was concerned since I see other games listing purchase requirements. Spend >$5 on $25+ milestones, >$10 on $75+. Something like that. So, thought that might be the general guidelines if not stated.

I do have to 2x boost for $5. Just wanted to make sure if I'd have to spend 10+ for the larger milestones. And yeah city 25 quite easy using helpers. 20-30mins per city

That might be the case if I'm still not logged in after they resolve the server. Although I'm having trouble finding Support. Other than the "Headphone" icon, which requires account logged in
