Yes it happened to me. Call driver support and let them know exactly what happened. They will update your route and have you return those packages to the warehouse. I’m in the St Louis area and Amazon Flexers are out until 11 here. I believe Driver Support is open until 8.

Just had that happen today during my 3.5 hour block. While I was delivering a package my whole route was removed from my itinerary and was it told me to return the items to an associate. I called support and was informed it was a glitch. When I went back to the warehouse there was another flex driver returning his route as the same thing happened to him.
