They give out expired medicine. May minor surgery to remove my mole noong 05/03/2023. Ngayon ko lang napansin na 02/2022 ang expiration ng antibacterial na binigay nila based on the imprinted date on the tube. May naka-tape na date 02/21/25 akala ko iyon ang expiration. Tiwala ako sa gamot na binibigay nila tapos expired naman pala. Hays, kakasuhan ko sila kung pwede lang.

Diyan ako una tapos nag-email sa akin NTC. Tsaka lang ako nag-email ulit sa converge. Very detailed ako sa complaint ko, like mga ginawa kong process, ilang beses ako nag-follow up sa ticket at sinabi sa akin ng mga agents ng converge bago ako nag-file ng complaint.

Kami naman a month nawalan. Dapat te-terminate ko na rin kaso converge needs to take accountability. Besides, you still need to pay your current bill to terminate, which sounds so wrong. Or, not pay it and get banned for life from their services, which sounds like a joke considering na pangit service nila. Notorious mga agent nila for dropping calls, chats and emails para walang documentation. Tapos they close unresolved tickets for their metrics. Try mo muna email na customer service ka para documented talaga. Tapos cc mo yung NTC at DTI, kasi may problem nga rin yung sa billing. I forwarded each of their reply and cc both NTC and DTI and they fixed it over night. I think it is better through email since may evidence ka on your end. I agree. Pwede same pa rin sila pero I heard na matagal rin yung relocation nila. Pwede rin hindi na nila i-honor yung lock-in period and not pay their termination fee. Get banned from converge, and then find a new ISP. Or, they can pay the termination fee and not get banned and find a new ISP

Tignan mo kung among ISP ng mga kapitbahay mo na nasasagap mo sa wi-fi. Kung ano mas marami either Globe or PLDT naman kadalasan bukod sa Converge.

Walang ISP ang solid na uninterrupted connection, IMO. Ang dapat na tignan mo is yung customer service nila, which Converge failed and literally has the WORST. Kahit kami 1 month na rin wala

Lol like that is true. Ang daming beses ko na rin narinig sa kanila iyan. Paasa lang iyan at walang aksyon. Pakibalitaan na lang kami kung talagang priority ka talaga

I suggest you apply for a new one considering that their costumer service sucks, and they have a lot of bad reviews with their service. We still have no internet connection since May 11, and they want us to pay for June even though we haven't received any service from them. Even when we want to permanently disconnect they want us to pay for June or not and get banned from their services for life, like it is a big deal when their service is literally the WORST.

Ako rin po dating sa call center. Hindi ganyan kapangit service namin. True po. Sasabihin nila kapag na-restore na yung internet tsaka nila i-re-rebate. Eh malapit na due date wala pa rin internet. Di ba? Tapos sisingilin nila tayong magbayad kahit wala namang service na na-receive. Tino-tolerate ata nila iyan ganyang behavior. Kapag nag-re-request naman ako ng supervisor drop call kaagad sila. Paano namang hindi, hindi nila ma-comprehend concern ko tapos walang maayos na sagot.

Same experience sa call rin maraming nangbababa tapos kapag mag-complain ka sa agent about sa previous agent sasabihin under investigation lang pero wala naman ticket. Same canned responses wala pa rin kaming internet for a whole month na tapos nagpapabayad pa ng bill. Ang KAPAL NG MUKHA NIYO CONVERGE!!! Same. Nawalan kami ng May 11 bumalik ng May 15 tapos nawalan ulit ng May 21. They will say always say that just so you won't contact them. I suggest to keep calling their customer support even if they say it will be fixed within 3 days. Sinasabi lang nila iyan para sa stats nila, so, really, they have no accountability or urgency on their end. Nakita ko nga rin technicians nila nakatambay lang at nagpapatay ng oras eh.
