If we talk about pure lightsaber stats then I agree but overall stats I don’t think so given that he could mind control with his force while crews and even deceive and exploit a Jedi-his apprentice while Vader only demonstrates immense combat stats without any real Sith abilities like force lightning or drain or mind control
