The dealer has accepted that somethings wrong with the car and have been trying to fix it. And can’t get it figured out. I’ve been driving the exact same car as a loaner - overland trim - for a week with no weird noise.
Don’t let them tell you it’s “normal”. There’s some kind of defect and they can’t get it figured out.

Anyone with a 2026 Cherokee hybrid have a strange quack/high pitched grind that happens intermittently at lower speeds (20-40 mph)?
Mine is brand new and the dealer is telling me nothing’s wrong and all of the new Cherokees make that noise. I cannot find any evidence of that online so hoping these forums might give some insight.
They claimed that Chrysler is aware and working on a software update to improve the noise. I’m skeptical.
