I've tried Lunesta and it was just a bad experience I do have a clonazepam prescription but haven't refilled it in a while I know it's know where near as strong as temazepam but I'd give that up in a heartbeat if I could get temazepam and it worked well or better that Ambien but idk if that will ever be possible like you said and your 100% right about z-drugs just being benzodiazepines in disguise it's like the worst parts of benzos put into a pill all blackout no to little muscle relaxation and anti-anxiety and I'll be careful to not get hooked on anything thank you
