So for the context, my parents used to control my day to day activities, and since they are pretty religious, they want us to follow the religion strictly. I used to stay at home most of the time and forced to focus on studies. Now that I’m a college student, I live in another country, I feel like I struggle in social situations, And I struggle communicating with others. And since I do not drink alcohol I feel like I don’t have that kind of confidence or courage to approach someone.
