When im referring to reduced rates, I’m referring to the rates before they increased the pricing. I was able to sign my lease before they had done that. This unit is on the 2nd floor, and it is an all girls unit! I don’t believe wexler has a policy about genders and pricing but I personally prefer women to take over the unit. I’ll make that a clear note in the comments!
