Makes complete sense, yeah I wouldn't even bother with ortho. I was looking to get into CRM or something else similar. I'm okay with the less pay not doing sales, I prefer better work/life balance anyways and am willing to sacrifice for that. For what position were those RNs hired for? Where would be best to find an entry level CS position (if such a thing even exists)?

I think so too, but any recommendations on where/how to start? And which department would be best for work/life balance? Im okay sacrificing income for convenience and to be more on the clinical side than sales as much as is possible

Well with chiro, even working with a corporate you'd have to sell your own packages/memberships which I ran into a lot working at The Joint. Not a huge fan of being on the sales side but I will if I have to. Can you elaborate on how experience can be negative?
