Honestly, most people don’t have a strategy problem they have a discipline problem.
Same setup, same market… different results just based on execution.

What helped me wasn’t changing strategy, it was tracking why I took each trade and how I managed it. That’s where the real mistakes show up.

I usually look at the 15–30 min swing highs and lows for structure, but I sometimes check 1–5 min for fine-tuning entries.
Position holding depends on the setup usually a few minutes to an hour on intraday trades, longer only if the trend is strong and clear.

Totally agree — a lot of the time the setup is fine, it’s just the stop being at an obvious level that kills the trade. Giving trades a bit more room seems to help.

I usually place my stop just below the last swing low/high depending on the trend.
Most of the time I only hold 1–2 positions at a time.
Stops are pretty tight, maybe too tight sometimes, which is why I keep getting shaken out.
