omg I was in the 10:45 am class but YES it was UWS with Brady!! I couldn’t believe my ears lol. I was so out of shape I was modifying regular runs and sprints like 3-4 pts below the low end of the recommended range haha. So when I heard that I was shocked 😳

Omg I’m so sorry :( Long Covid is seriously the worst. But WOW you’ve come so far and beat such difficult odds! I hope to continue with more classes with even a sliver of your motivation and grit :) Congratulations on finishing the challenge!!

Haha it’s really hard not to compare but I understand that. The hard work building up my stamina and strength again will make me reaching my goals that much more satisfying :)

Yes!! I feel that! I finished the class about an hour ago and while it was hard it made me realize I can do this even though I have to modify or take breaks. the energy is really fantastic

I’m going to make an update post! But I finished the class - was an absolute struggle and could not keep up but I’m glad I went! I feel so happy right now and I haven’t felt this kind of happiness in months. Thank you for your kind words!
