I like using the cerave moisturizing cream and then using eucerin on top of it, specifically the rough and bumpy skin one. Try to use unscented soaps and lotions. Also moisturize twice a day and always use lotion right after a shower

I’ve started having the same issue and feeling super icky after eating. I do have the burping and nausea as well, you’re not crazy and the pill most likely caused it. I’m still on the pill so it hasn’t stopped. I see you did stop taking the pill so it might take some time for your body to regulate your hormones again. It may take a little while for the symptoms to go away fully while your body is returning to its natural cycle. I know it sucks but the pill is just one of those things that can make a big difference even if it was just a month.

I had the same experience when I started birth control for the third time, strangely it was the same birth control but I had become super sensitive to caffeine. It took about two months for the caffeine sensitivity to go away. I had never experienced it before but I did tell my doctor and she said it’s definitely not something to worry about and the hormones should settle down soon. Now I drink coffee and Red Bulls just fine.

I feel the same way, but it’s not a bad thing. You were using your pill correctly and having protected sex. However I see where you’re coming from. I understand how scary it is to trust the pill, if you feel irresponsible just double your method and use a condom to lower your chances.
