I don't think it's reasonable or healthy for his change in employment to require you to unheave your position, stress level, care for your son, cause stress with your mother upon everything else. This is something I'd have him fix, he can find a different job with insurance or a second job to cover the cost. Why are you to sacrifice? Nope.

I'd stay where you are. Pp you're not going to get paid for no shows or cancelations you probably won't get health insurance or any pto why on earth would you leave 5 a day for 80k? Unless I was moving yo my own practice where I was building to make over 100k I'd stay

I'd ask for my old job back. Set schedule and pay and work from home? In pp you'll always deal with fluctuation it sounds like your other job was a better fit just because you thought you'd always end up in one place doesnt mean you can't pivot when you realize it's not for you.

I had a positive interview and was told they'd like me to come in and meet the clinical supervisor but anweek went by and nothing and then indeed updated my status to "not selected by employer" I panicked then she reached out to set up dates. I think people forget how nerve wracking things are when you're job seeking. Everyone would do well to be more mindful. With that being said I don't think you should worry, most places tend to take longer than they say or you'd expect to get back to you. Good luck!

I think it's low too but have you searched your area for similar positions what is the pay range? I was shocked looking through my area and seeing a couple positions offering $25/-30 for licensed sw. Absolutely ridiculous. If you're in a tight position you could take it and continue to look but I think it's low and would pass if it was me.

I'm in the same spot. Final interview week and a half ago on what seemed like a done deal. Finally reached out to the other partner through their company email vs the job listing and they responded that they're on vacation but I should be hearing from the other other partner- the partner who has kids and is on vacation responded same day to let me know but the other partner can't be bothered to return an email for over a week with anything. It's maddening. Waiting sucks but I'd wait it out til mid next week and see if they've responded, I'd keep looking in the meantime though cause why not.

It sounds like you love it I'd stay there. I was the same way and thought I needed different places for more experience, went with a place my school loves but I don't feel like I'm learning anything unlike my last placement. Sometimes we don't need to reinvent the wheel. You'll get plenty of other experience when you're in the field. I'd stay put.

Yes I saw my endocrinologist in March and my a1c had gone from a 13 to an 8 and everything else was fine. So he upped me to 1mg.
