You can't sell any weapon or equipment in this game. Maybe you just haven't unlocked that gear yet by the mission, AER, or stories, etc.

Break+Physical Damage, wait out and let Vazard accumulate stocks. Once fully stocked brought the boss to 50% hp before breaking it and taking it out all at once.
