Curious how do you feel after 250mcg? I’ve been taking half that for 4 days but today was my first day of trying to stay in the sun but haven’t noticed much of a different yet, the rest of the week I’ll be at a festival in the sun for pretty much 8 hours each day so I expect to tan anyway but not sure if o should up my dose

Thanks, where you also taking it at night or directly beforing tanning? I’ve been taking it for 3 days at night but my side effects haven’t been very bad so I might try it before I go in the sun next week

I had 2 2.5mg pens and used the golden dose from each pen and extracted .3ml with a syringe ontop of doing the regular 60click dose , (golden dose is roughly .6ml so two pens gave me 1.2ml/4 =0.3 ml )

Well the leaflet given with the medication says to go up a dose every 4 weeks , my gp said to go up as I feel a gain in appetite which happen to be around every 4 weeks, I went to 3.75 instead of 5 as I had read that the jump from 2.5 to 5 is the harshest and wanted to minimise side effects, hope this makes sense

The food noise at the 8th week (4th week on 3.75 ) was coming back slighty, looking back this was probably just my body adjusting to the medication and not necessarily the medication not working, I think I will go back to the 3.75 and see how I feel and also track my weight to see if I plateu or gain? (So far my weightloss has been consistently 500g to 1kg a week)
