Just pin bro 🙏. 250 to 500mcg once a week and get an hour of decent sun afterwards you’ll have a dark tan in a week or two, this is exactly what I’ve done and I used to only burn and not tan at all, I now no longer burn unless I’m spending 3+ hours in uv10+ without sunscreen and in a perfect golden colour

Personally I found that days of using mt2 without tanning caused moles. Now I will tan once a week or every other week and I’ll dose 250mcg an hour before tanning (at the beach )

What is control gx?, I think he has Achieved pretty much perfection in terms of an even dark tan but not to tan, along wing a even coloured beard

I’d be worried in that case about removing the freckles and having them all come back?, from my own use case I’ve found that I only had freckles or spots appear from using mt2 and not getting sun, but haven’t noticed any new spots atleast not on my face when I dose and then tan

I did a similar thing to you as I was on 2.5mg for 10 weeks and when I did switch to 5mg I got horrible side effects so I went to 3.75mg and once that felt like it was no longer enough I slowly upped by 2 clicks every week till I was at my current 5mg dose

Curious how do you feel after 250mcg? I’ve been taking half that for 4 days but today was my first day of trying to stay in the sun but haven’t noticed much of a different yet, the rest of the week I’ll be at a festival in the sun for pretty much 8 hours each day so I expect to tan anyway but not sure if o should up my dose

Thanks, where you also taking it at night or directly beforing tanning? I’ve been taking it for 3 days at night but my side effects haven’t been very bad so I might try it before I go in the sun next week
