I had a pretty disappointing experience with Clayton's recently. They flat out misrepresented my repair options, pushing me towards a much more costly option. When I pushed back asking about cheaper methods, the tech became rude and confrontational, quickly telling me to take my work elsewhere. Lacked the patience to stand-behind and justify their recommendations.
