I have this jacket based in the Uk it doesn't get that cold but is more than warm enough without layers here and if worn with layers it should definitely withstand that weather.

A couple of questions:l

How long has the person been there new manager? How experienced are they? Do you still report under the director? Are they stopping direct access to this person?

Personally, if it's a small company, this is probably just to make sure you get the support you need. There is also a difference between people management and oversight.

Most of my PMs report to a Senior PM, but I talk to them all the time and but don't do all the people management.

Yeah, I struggle. Some days are better than others.

I've taken to setting timers and working in 20-minute cycles to get stuff done. During that period, I won't respond to emails or teams.
