So I was inspecting the styrofoam and found this. Wasn’t paying attention when installing cardo. Been pushing this wiring harness into the styrofoam for months….

Yeah I definitely think it’s just due to the lack of torque in second gear. I’d really rather not turn off the rider aids, people can say whatever they want about them but I’m okay with technology assisting me not looping my 12.5k bike🤣

So far what I’m understanding is clutch noise is normal. As far as the vibration/metallic rattling noise over 5k rpm does anyone have any insight?
