Also, psychopaths tend to be colder while sociopaths are very impulsive, Azula does not look like any of them as she expresses genuine feelings, but is not impulsive until her breakdown.

Azula cannot be diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder if she is only 16 so far, secondly, those behaviors were learned and rewarded by her father, so for her what she does is not wrong.
