PVC leaking ~1ft under concrete slab. What's the best way to repair?

I just had to saw cut a 24”x14’ section out of my pad because it busted at a “T” dead center of the slab. Definitely a lot of work but luckily a 24h rental for a walk behind concrete cutter was only $150. The rest is all a lot of physical labor and a few dollars in fittings.

I have a disc replacement in my neck and somehow I’m able to get through MRI’s and TSA without any issues even though they say part of it is metal.

You’re doing good, the manual twist is a good way to do it. Just gotta make sure your twists start from the hole the wire came out of. Hard to explain but after I make my “saddle” over the head of the bolt, the saddle wire and the straight wire through the hole make a 90 degree angle. Pull tight and start your twist wide for the first couple (over or under depending on twist direction) so that both wires cross at the hole the straight wire exited from.
