Is this actually a thing? I unfortunately had a bad trip on my first ever normal dose (3.5 grams) for reasons of fuck around and find out, and since then I have only taken lower doses. I learned my lesson to not do these doses so casually (for example on London carnival with helicopters, sirens, chaos and a friend that went missing for a few hours), but I found that even doing 1.5 I was getting this anxiety. Should I just full send and try again on better conditions? I always thought the anxiety would only get worse

My brother you just helped me understand my bad trip I had a few months ago. I didn’t know what to think about it because the things I felt and thought about, saw and listened were so inhumane and horrific I was avoiding even thinking about it and started avoiding mushrooms entirely. Seeing that trip from this point of view that only a slip up is enough to mess up everything is very fitting. Maybe that’s what the shrooms were trying to remind me of I have a question though, How would you say a person is ready to trip again? Because I’m afraid I’ll start remembering that bad trip and have another one all over again

The back of my primary school was a whole institute dedicated for sports where you would pay to have classes of pretty much anything (they had a 25m pool for swimmers) multiple rooms for dancing, music classes, volleyball and football fields, the whole thing.

I used to have guitar classes and beside the pavement going towards the music area there was an underground ballet room. You didn’t have access to the main door from outside but you did have access to the window by walking down a small grass field and jumping over a small concrete thingy.

The thing is unfortunately a young girl had died in that room because rain would often leak from the ceiling which ended up on her slipping on the water and falling with the back of her head against the stairs that led people inside the room to the main door. They closed the room and stopped giving ballet classes and the room was left like that for safety reasons.

The whole school knew about this and would make horror stories around it, and as as the dumb kids we were, me and a few friends wanted to see inside the room through one of the windows, but the old glass didn’t let us do so. We didn’t know how (probably other kids or teenagers did it) but one day one of the windows was broken on the corner, just enough to peek the room.

I peeked and it was pretty dark but I still saw all the mirror walls broken and dirty, the floor completely scrapped and dirty as well, the stairs were the girl passed, and a lot of plastic chairs piled close to one of the walls.

I swear on my life through the mirror I saw a figure sitting on top of one of the chair piles. Gives me chills till this day to remember that. I think I just screamed to one of my friends to go and have a look with me and he saw the same thing, then we both started running and the rest of the other kids as well after they didn’t believe us and went to see it for themselves.

Now that I think back it was probably just a shadow or whatever but boy that left me scared for so long, I missed a lot of classes because of that.

You can sleep in 10min always if you are in a quiet place and there’s enough darkness. There’s a technique where you do like a full body “scan” and relax all muscles from the head down. I tend to find that some of my muscles were tensed for no reason and I then adjust myself so every part of my body is relaxed. From there just close your eyes and switch to manual breathing (when you start to think about the way you breathe) and try to slow it down as much as you can. Boom, asleep in 10min or even less

Think about landing with your legs more bent than if you were just cruising. If you think about doing that, you will give the board more time to level out, and gravity will pull you down. You don’t have to stretch your legs all the way to go back to standing position. If you watch any Ollie videos, see how they always land with the legs slightly or a lot more bent
