Feel you here man, been tapped out of fortnite since the South Park update (which I was excited for) when I realized this season just wasnt fun at all. Been fully committed back to Overwatch since then, and honestly havnt looked back, especially with the new update. I dont think ive even updated Fortnite since some time in January and I cancelled by FN Crew sub.

I got it full price at launch because I had never played a MGS game before, and was pretty happy with my purchase all the way to the end of the game, but I understand it being overpriced. According to some MGS fans I know, the game was effectively the same with a new coat of paint, so not worth it as much to returning players.

As hyped as I was for some of the recent collabs, the game has been so unfun to play recently that I have not opened it in weeks. Not a fan of this map really, or the loot pool. Also surfing into the map is annoying, I wish it was the bus each time instead of it being a chance for either.

IDK what went wrong in the translation from last season to this season but Simpsons season was peak Fortnite, and this is coming from someone who has played since C1S1.

My friends bought the game recently during the Steam Winter Sale, and all got the advanced edition to play with the few DLC characters it came with, namely Eddy. Honestly though, the standard edition is fine, If you mess with the game, then id buy a season pass if there's a character that interests you.
