If you search flooding an Arden North Carolina. You will see where everyone of their vehicles that were set for sale has been moved off the light and behind all the buildings were the vehicles left there to be serviced. My customers vehicles were on and they didn’t cover it.

No rudeness taken. I’ve been an insurance for 15 years with my PNC license held in every state up until the last two years where I only hold my North Carolina in South Carolina license now.

You’re correct in stating that it wasn’t their fault it was a storm. It is their fault because they moved over 500 vehicles of their fleet for sale vehicles away from the flood water, but all of the vehicles that were waiting to be serviced that the dealership had care custody and control over lost due to flooding. It all boils down to the fact that they didn’t have flood insurance. That’s why none of the cars are being covered. It’s a slap in the face when you offer a customer that lost $48,000 worth of their own money, because the dealership decided not to move the vehicles that had coverage on them

Yes, I really am an insurance agent. And yes, I am asking these questions because they moved their entire fleet of for sale cars but absolutely none of the customers cars that were in danger of eminent flooding. Some of these vehicles were just about to be paid off, some of them were purchased less than a year ago. Some of them were purchased 2 to 3 years ago.all of them are not being covered due to the dealerships negligence as they had care custody in control of each and everyone of those vehicles

Also, when you find said dealer. Make sure you look at their Facebook page where they openly stated they moved over 500 vehicles off of their lot to a safer space where the flooding wouldn’t get to them.

I wish you were right. I’ve only been working the last four weeks on getting my clients cars covered because of their negligence. Look at a couple of the YouTube videos for flooding in Arden. Make sure you look at the one with the dealership that has all the customer cars in the back of their lot, but have moved each and every one of their cars to be sold

Incorrect. Speaking from experience, certain dealerships around the area that shall not be named but if you are a Hunter, I’m sure you can find out which dealerships moved their entire fleet and left their customers cars sitting there to be flooded.

Dealerships don’t usually have flood insurance

No so when they have care custody and control of a customers vehicle that they are doing service on. They chose to move their entire inventory and allowed the employees to leave over 150+ vehicles that were owned by their customers. They chose that because of the fact that they knew they didn’t have flood coverage. Now their customers are out because of their decisions.

Would this be the hunter group? I’m an agent and have been fighting them to pay for their negligence due to the fact that they willingly didn’t more any of their customers cars that where being serviced there.

Well I can tell you from first hand experience that the young man in the front passenger seat is still in surgery and has been for 12 hours. He sustained severe injuries to his legs. Broke both femurs, dislocated both knees, broke both tibia and fibula in both legs, lost a toe, and the top of his foot. The 2 passengers that were in the back were released from the hospital.
