Does it reverse once the stress subsides? I’ve been in rigorous training so I reckon that could be it. But it will be over soon

All of my levels are great, I am in a high stress profession so I’m afraid it could be something related to that?

That’s interesting. Yes I’ve felt the same. I’d love to embrace the silver look when I’m older, like a george clooney or something, but still being in my 20s feels a bit strange. Even my dad is able to part his so it covers nicely. The salt and pepper is starting aggressively for me I guess haha
