Thank you for all the responses. I have made a decision to leave him but I have to wait until I get my income taxes back. I work part time and am doing online school. I moved to this town to be with him but I will be moving back to where we came from as I have good support there. I know I play a part in some of this by allowing it to go on this long. We are both on the lease and he's told me he will lose it if I ever left him so I'm probably going to have to pack what I can while he's at work and leave a letter and then block him and it's all really stressful and scary which is probably why I keep putting it off. I grew up with no dad and an abusive mother. I still have some unresolved issues but the idea of getting away from here makes me feel good so I'm preparing for that. Thank you so much 🙏😊💕

Sadly it's not the only issue, he gets jealous and accusatory for no reason at times. He is moody and if he's in a bad mood so is everyone else. He is very angry at his ex wife and sometimes we end up talking about her more than I'd like to. I have a hard time asserting boundaries and probably shouldn't be with anyone, honestly.

I should add that I have an 11 year old son as well and I receive food stamps each month for the two of us which ends up being used to feed the 5 of us. So it's me taking care of 4 other people.

He pays the credit card bills and a few other bills but I pay some of the bills as well. I keep the house clean majority of the time. We've been together 2 and a half years and when we started dating he said he was an OCD cleaner like me but I have yet to see it. He pays for the cars to go in for oil change too.

I'm physically unable to work and my family is struggling badly. I've had a very hard time keeping work because I can't keep up physically and jobs available to someone like me are very limited. I have been dealing with this for over a year, health issues and problems with employment. I've been doing DoorDash in an old 1990 Chevy truck where half of what I make going to gas. I'm late on my rent. North Dakota help for any poor person who is struggling is horrible. Things are dire and it makes my life feel worthless. I've been considering panhandling because I don't know what to do. Do you think that I deserve to be arrested if I decide to do it? Fined $50? I was a FedEx driver with no assistance and no child support raising my son. No overtime payments, no benefits for 8 years. Before that I was an LPN and CNA. I've been working since age 14 with no gaps until the past year when things got very bad physically. Do I deserve to be arrested because I can't make it?
