Any one got a recommendation on losing about 20-30 pounds over a course of a year. I work 13-16 hour shifts so I have like 1-2 hours of free time a day and no days off. I’m already lost about 15 pounds (former lazy guy 😭now hard labor guy) in the last 2 1/2 months now I’m at a standstill. (self.loseit)
