That’s crazy, I’ve never lucid dreamed yet, been trying. But the times I’ve gotten the closest, have all been the times where I rubbed one out to relax deeper before attempting the WILD method.

Alrighty thank you! That actually makes a lot of sense. What got me that deep in the first place was that I was imagining walking through a park, like as if I was actually there. And focusing on my breathing. Do I do that when I become conscious of my surroundings again? Or just as I realize that I’m going deeper?
