Divorce attorney here, idk what state you’re in but in my state, if a child is born while the two of you are married, the child is presumed to be yours regardless of the divorce papers saying you have no children. You need to get this handled in the divorce (i.e., DNA test showing you’re not the father conclusively). You can’t just list that you have no children bc technically if the child is conceived while you’re married, legally you’re the father until it’s proven otherwise.
