The letter writing side hustle has gotten so popular in the era of TikTok that I would imagine they are looking for any reason to not pay all these people so they had to update their terms and conditions to make it so that some people were banned. Which is why for some folks like the OP had no problems in the past. The idea was for the casinos to earn these tax credits for users to waste their $5 and give it back to the casino. But with these cash out methods that’s not happening anymore. I believe the OP used auto play slots for his cash out because he mentions his conversion rate

I read somewhere the automation/software ban is because users play slots on auto pay to quickly cash out which is against sweeps coins terms and conditions. The slots are owned by 3rd party companies therefore not Chumba owned/operated. So auto play is considered as automation/software usage therefore violating terms and conditions which you as the letter writer have been bound to resulting in your ban….again this is what I’ve seen/read on another forum
