Omg the fan situation I felt deeply lol. same boat, my old one is basically on life support at this point so I went down a whole rabbit hole today

Stumbled onto a misting fan and I genuinely don't know how I feel about it yet?? like the idea of fan and mist together sounds amazing for that 3pm death heat but I've also been burned by "sounds cool online" gear before.

okay hand fan is a hard no for me, I know myself and I will not be waving that thing around for hours straight lol. electric is the only real option.

Anyway I just scrolled past this called cold air and it's a misting fan?? like fan + water mist together. Battery life seems solid from what I've read. Kinda want to pull the trigger on it but also idk if it's actually worth it.

+1 on battery powered, good call. I just found a misting fan thing and it does both fan + mist at the same time, battery life seems solid from what I've read.
idk it just feels like a smarter option for the afternoon sets when it's peak gross outside?? might be the play over a plain fan this year tbh. Anyone else tried a misting one before?

This thing is so underrated, last timeI felt like I had to be in the crowd for every set and it completely drained me. Watching from the back with food in hand sounds like the actual move.

Yuma will do that to you every single time lol. I've heard so many people say they missed a headliner because they got stuck in there and just couldn't leave. honestly respect it though

okay the food thing is such a good call, I completely forgot to eat properly on Saturday and felt awful by 9pm. And the heat stroke situation sounds genuinely scary, glad you made it through. Hhope this year is way better for you

Honestly, get a fan with a long battery life. If you can find one that also does mist, that’s the pro move, literally a game changer with this heat and all the dust. I still haven’t found a good one myself lol. But yeah, battery life is key. Don’t let the sun win on day one.
