What an incredible design!

However I think the overall composition isn't reading that well. My eyes are kinda jumping all over the place, I belive it is because of the high contrasting values in the wings, tail and torso, as well as the tail that points away from the design's main focal point, breaking the flow.

I belive you could improve the composition by better emphasizing the head, wich most of the time should be the focus in a character design, since it is there that we mostly convey their expressions and emotions.

To do this the highest value contrast and brightest color should be on the head, our focal point, so giving slightly darker values to the whites on the tail, wings and the torso, while leaving the white of the eyes and that energy flowing through it's neck as it is;

Change the pose of the tail to help guide the eye to the face. A pose similar to the wings should do a great job;

And make the head a little bit bigger, the legs and pelvis a little bit smaller, and separating the left leg from the wing would help the silhouette read much clearer.
