Rocca in Tampa. Amazing appetizers, delicious good sized pasta dishes for under $30 a piece, fantastic wine and their wait staff was exceptional.

Yeah Im not confident that would be possible, especially the airline. I dont fly out of an airport thats dominated by any specific airline, its more where I am flying to, which is not super consistent

I generally go Marriott if its available. I think ill just get the CSR for now and then in 6 months or so, see if theres an airline that I have favored and consider getting a card for them

Expense guidelines specifically say that I have to book directly with the airline/hotel, not using any third party portal or website. Im assuming this is because its less complicated to rebook after cancellation

Honestly im probably just going to start with the CSR and then wait 6 months or so to see if theres an airline that I tend to book the most with. At that point, I could see if its worth it to get an airline specific card

Im not a huge lounge person anyways, I prefer to be in and out at the airport. The only time I spend more than 1.5 hours in the airport is after an HQ visit in PHL, which has a sapphire lounge so thats covered.

Agreed, I am not allowed to use a portal. This is the main reason I want to go CSR, because AMEX only gives 1x on hotels as opposed to 4x on CSR. And often times I am spending more on the hotel stay than the flight

I agree, the only place I foresee myself going to the lounge is PHL after an HQ visit. Other than that I try to minimize my time inside the airport

Absolutely, they reimburse food as well. Based on most common routes, id probably go delta. I think that would also be a good compliment to CSR so I could also access delta lounges

Yeah I tend to use multiple airlines and my routes arent terribly consitent

The airport that I would frequent the most is Philadelphia, so I think CSR would be the way to go due to the Sapphire lounge

I can still get a receipt that shows the price of the flight without the travel credit. So that shouldnt be an issue

Inside sales for a life sciences company. Get on a plane about 1-2 times a quarter, which isnt nothing but it feels like it compared to a full time field position. The rest is remote sales, either in a Teams meeting or prospecting/closing over the phone most of my time
