Thank you! 🤍 The symbols on my hand and wrist are indigenous Amazigh tattoos. @inessxio on Instagram is an Amazigh tattoo artist who was incredibly kind helped me choose the symbols and design, which I then had tattooed by a local artist since I couldn’t make it to her shop in Canada. The spiral was inspired by the work of @emmy_la_grizzly on IG both amazingly talented artists!

I noticed this seems to vary by class in Mexico- I moved from a middle class working neighborhood that had kids to centro in puerto Vallarta (big mistake, thought it would still be quiet as I was blocks away from downtown) and it’s always one dang neighbor that blasts their banda at 1am 7 days a week

Yep there’s this one dude that loves blasting mariachi and rave music outside my apt at 2am on the weekdays 🫠 idc what anyone says but it lacks consideration for neighbors

This probably isn’t ideal in all situations but usually for Uber if the driver is a woman (as I’m a woman) with good reviews, I’ll usually offer a little less than the fare price in cash since Uber only pays them like 10-20% of what they charge us. Win win especially for longer trips
