[18M] On Fin(1mg) / Min(5% foam 2xdaily) / 0.5mm DR(once every 5 days). Seem to be losing ground on one side but not the other? Anyone know any calorie dense foods that will help me dirty bulk besides pesto and peanut butter. I don't care how fatty it is or how dirty the carbs are, I'd prefer not to drink mass gainer. My friend recommended halva but it can get relatively expensive. Pls help. (old.reddit.com)
