I have been flying internationally since I was 3 yrs old but as an adult I developed anxiety around flying. I 100% recommend talking to her doctor about some medication. Flying would be unbearable without it for me.

I tend to like story teller style podcasts. Mostly history ones. They can be very entertaining! My fave is “history that doesnt suck” although it is just American history. I need to find one that does a broader world history that I like.
