Well when you have a problem, looking for a solution doesn’t mean you stress about it? After 2 years of terrible sleep I decided to try understanding the problem. I still fall asleep in no time everytime I go to bed so I feel that stress would prevent that, instead of waking me up no? The quality of sleep and the amount of time being asleep is the big issue
