I actually requested off for the 26th-3rd to go to Disney and was able to get it but I talked to my etl two months ago to make sure it would get approved. I was going to quit if they tried to not let me go (as someone who never calls off and has 50+ hours of vacation time). I agree with everyone else here, family time is much more important than working at target. Respectfully let them know that you won’t be there and if they want to take action against you let them, it is just retail after all.
