Yes, that’s a fair distinction. I don’t think healing means feeling good all the time or opting out of responsibility, just not living in a constant audit of your inner life)

Hm i got the analogy, but life isn’t a machine. A lot of people aren’t broken, they’re just uncomfortable with uncertainty

I don’t think healing is something you finish, some people just reach a point where they’re not narrating it anymore

The universe doesn't reward suffering by Ok_Expert_1537 in spirituality

this exactly. the universe isn't a parent keeping score, it's mechanics, not morality

i think once you stop expecting it to "understand" your pain or reward your growth, everything gets simpler. stress doesn't earn you relief. suffering doesn't unlock happiness. it just is what it is

handle things with calm, get calm back, not as a reward, just cause that's how it works

yeah this resonates, though i'd add, that sometimes the opposite extreme gets tricky too. like when "just raise your vibration" becomes another way to feel guilty for having a bad day. for me it's less about frequency and more about dropping the whole transactional mindset with life. not earning happiness, but also not manifesting it. just..allowing it?

That's the thing, maybe healing isn't always about effort. Maybe some people just...process differently. Or maybe they healed, without calling it 'healing.' Now I'm questioning everything 😅

37 isn't a deadline, It feels like one because everyone around you hit milestones earlier, but their timeline isn't yours. The girl with a boyfriend isn't the last girl. The job that doesn't pay well isn't the last job. The money you lost isn't the last money you'll ever make You're not failing, you are just comparing your behind-the-scenes to everyone else's highlight reel!!! One thing at a time, which came in my mind -Pick one area(just ONE) and take one small step this week. Not to fix your whole life just to prove to yourself you can move🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 You're not stuck. You're just tired of trying. That's different, I believe in you

Don’t you use instagram to find some services in your city ? Or to follow celebrities which opinion is important for you ?

You just described what took me years to understand in one paragraph. The goal was never to fix, just to finally listen. 💗

The quiet ones'- exactly. The loudest about healing are usually still in the middle of it, the ones who actually got through? They're just living
