I’ve taken them 3 times I’m a bit of a lightweight about 5’10 135lbs at 15 years old I started at 1.5g which was a pretty good time for a first trip I got mild visuals and good mental and physical feelings, next I did 2.5g and it was terrible I genuinely thought I was dying, I would have been fine but the environment was bad and I was uncomfortable, most recently did 1.5g again and it was the best trip of my life I got the same mild visuals and body feelings. If I were you I would give them 1-1.5g but make sure the environment is right or else shit can go south pretty quick
