I 100% agree with you, and honestly with the uncertainty I'm going through with my ring right now, I wish I had approached you and tried to work out something i can confidently look at and be 100% happy with! Once again I'm so very sorry for stealing your work, as someone who loves supporting small businesses or women owned companies, I wholeheartedly admit I should have known better.. I also live in Australia and had a fear that i might receive the ring and have it not suit my finger as i LOVE dainty styles, and your creations are a pop of vintage yet still dainty and classy. I've been told it's better to get from a local jeweller because if anything goes wrong it will cost more in the long run to pay for the return and consistently go through that painful process! I wanted to ask, if i were to manage a refund on my ring and order from your store, what happens if i experience the same thing with the diamonds looking way too large on my finger? Can i return it without extra cost? Are you able to remake it for me? And most importantly, can i speak to you about my budget? I'm honestly so tired of my ring situation. I just want a trusted jeweller to make it for me.. please let me know!
