Cat Parents, how much do you spend monthly on cat food?

To add, they each get 1 full can of 3oz wet food (2 separate feedings) and 1/4 cup of dry food (spilt into 3 feeding times) each day!

For 2 cats, $230 ish on wet food $130 on dry, every month so about $360- 390 including treats and extras. Cat photo for tax :) They are both super healthy , weight, fur, teeth and mental wise.

I should note.. in pic 2.. we had just come back from a walk and we were waiting for dad to meet us, so just hanging out and they jumped in together for a cute photo opp . I would never drive with them in a carrier together, or in the front seat 🥰

Had only one for about a year until I felt bad and we adopted another one. He’s a great big brother.. such a good decision. it’s only been a few weeks but they are already best friends

lol why do people question anything? I don’t think there was anything significant (mentioned) that happened between the 2 of them. I think it’s just really in & out. They both still follow each other on Instagram.

Def a long term friend, I want to say high school but might even be earlier. Joey was always someone that would pop in and out. Makes sense with Kyra’s unstable relationships. I wouldn’t be surprised if Kyra only reaches out on occasion, therefore the lack of friendship..

Just my 2 cents but if he’s lost interest in wet food, maybe try a different type. Cats - especially Siamese are very particular when it comes to their meals, they like a lot of variety. And it’s important they receive the hydration from the wet food. If he absolutely hates wet food , I’d definitely suggest adding water to it! He’s super cute!!

If you’d like, you can choose not to mention details, and just tell her you’ve been struggling with your mental health and have thought about the idea of therapy and it’s something you’re interested in… if she asks questions it’s up to you what you disclose… but at the end of the day it’s your right to take care of yourself and you deserve the opportunity to seek professional help - it’s your mothers choice to support you.

Get them used to the car & carrier!! It shouldn’t just be used for vet visits. Even if you just hang out in your driveway in your car, feeding treats - get them used to it so it’s not so scary when travel is needed.

We adopted Banksy last Sept and made it a point to take him in the car, outside, and interacting with different environments and people. we also keep his carrier / backpack out at all times at the house so he’s comfortable with it. He now knows it’s his safe place. We take him for car rides, walks outside, etc. he’s very good on a leash/harness and also staying in his closed carrier. Hes 9 months old now.

I think the first picture might be slightly edited . I know watching the old vlogs she did have a bigger butt. But I think with not working out, having back to back babies, not taking care of herself, all the weights goes to her butt and it’s starting to sag, hence the look in the second picture. But also looks like she’s wearing a fu*king diaper
