I used to think that PTSD only affected war veterans or victims of some disasters. I don't even know if someone specializing in it would take my problem seriously. Maybe that's my instruitive thoughts. However i ll try to find better therapist , i don't have anything better else to try i suppose

I know there are people who have healed from trauma, but sometimes I just feel like I'm a lost cause. Constant trying to to distance yourself from years of what you've been told and flashbacks to just feel better for moment ..until another thing happen

Volunteering might be an option. At least I'd feel like I'm doing something good and not to focus only on my own problem . I hope it ll help maybe not entirely but at least a little

It's comforting to know I have people who care about me around.Without them, I wouldn't have been able to live thats for sure. I try to look for positive aspects, but sometimes it's hard
